These are the ministries and groups that help facilitate Holy Mass. They include Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, and the Music Ministry.

Including St. Vincent De Paul and the Prison Ministry, these are ministries meant to serve our community outside the church.

Including the Knights of Columbus and the Saint Agnes Women's Club, these ministries serve to build up the parish community of Saint Agnes.
