The summit of the Liturgical Year is the Easter Triduum – from the evening of Holy Thursday to the evening of Easter Sunday. Though chronologically three days, they are liturgically one day unfolding for us the unity of Christ’s Paschal Mystery. The Triduum marks the end of the Lenten season.
The liturgical services that take place during the Triduum include:
- Mass of the Lord’s Supper
- Good Friday of the Lord’s Passion
- Mass of the Resurrection of the Lord
The Triduum will be held at St. Agnes Church this year.

Holy Thursday, March 28th
9:00 a.m. — Morning Prayer at St. Matthias
No Daily Morning Mass during Triduum
7:00 p.m. — Mass of the Lord’s Supper at St. Matthias
Good Friday, March 29th
9:00 a.m. — Morning Prayer at St. Agnes
No Daily Morning Mass during Triduum
9:30 a.m. — Divine Mercy Novena and Chaplet following morning prayer at St. Agnes
12:00 p.m. (noon) — Outside Stations of the Cross at St. Matthias
3:00 p.m. — Liturgy of the Lord’s Passion at St. Matthias
7:00 p.m. — Living Stations of the Cross at St. Agnes
Holy Saturday, March 30th
9:00 a.m. — Morning Prayer at at St. Agnes
9:30 a.m. — Divine Mercy Novena and Chaplet following morning prayer at St. Agnes
10:00 a.m. — Blessing of Easter Foods at St. Agnes
No confessions on Holy Saturday
8:00 p.m. — Easter Vigil Liturgy at St. Matthias (no vigil Mass at St. Agnes)
